Payment Policy

We have a team of consultants and customer service staffs always ready to support and receive information and requests from clients. Immediately after the receipt of consulting queries, contacts, or online registration information of clients, we quickly contact them through email or phone.
If clients decide to use our services, they can choose the most suitable payment method. At Optimal Agency, we commit to building transparent and flexible payment methods to bring convenience to clients. We aim to guarantee long-term relationships and the best outcomes.

Payment methods

We support many payment methods to suit our clients’ needs and business types:

  • Bank transfer or cash (applied for clients in Vietnam after concluding agreements directly at our headquarters or offices).
  • Payment through e-wallet (Momo, VnPay, ZaloPay,…).
  • For international clients, if you want quick payment, you may choose the payment method with USDT/USDC via crypto wallet.
  • We accept every type of card with transfer function for payment, so our clients have diverse choices.

Payment regulations

Depending on each service package, the payment policy will be applied as follows:
For advertising account rental service, please pay 100% of the total daily Ads budget in advance, and the rental fee will be deducted directly from this amount. The fee will vary depending on the business sector, account type, and target country (some countries require taxes such as VAT).
For advertising campaign implementation and management services, please pay 50-100% in advance of using our service, and the remaining amount later.
Clients are obliged to pay in full and in time for the additional cost (if any) to Optimal, according to agreements between the two Parties. Every payment receives an e-invoice and payment receipt to guarantee the legality and rights of clients in case problems arise.

Refund policy

Refund policy is applied by Optimal Agency in the following cases:

  • Unable to provide the service as committed, specifically, the rented account is faulty or inactive.
  • There is a problem with our system, causing continuous service interruption for a long time.
  • Customers pay more or transfer the wrong amount according to regulations.
  • We are pleased to refund 100% if customers want to stop using the service within 30 minutes without incurring any expenses.
  • We will not apply a refund if clients use the account for the wrong purpose, violate the policy when running ads, or cause the account to be permanently disabled.

We commit to our clients that every transaction comes with a transparent agreement and invoice that is confirmed via email. The transaction code, payment receipt, private information, and payment account are secured.
